Account Security Responsibility

1 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "piabet," "Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to the piabet online betting and casino platform operated at piabet.lol.
- "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses any service provided by piabet.
- "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the piabet platform.
- "Services" means all products and features available on piabet, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, Mines Grand, Tongits Go, and all associated payment, account and support functions.
- "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary transaction currency accepted by piabet.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or bonus amounts awarded to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player from their own PKR payment source that are eligible for withdrawal subject to identity verification.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the piabet platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing any game, or using any feature of the Services in any capacity, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the piabet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
- You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or employee of any third party;
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
Important: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the piabet platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Services constitutes ongoing acceptance of the Terms as amended from time to time.
3 Eligibility
3.1 Minimum Age
You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Services on piabet. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. piabet takes its obligations regarding underage access to gambling services seriously and employs age verification procedures as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
Underage Gambling Prohibition: Any individual under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting activity on piabet. Accounts confirmed to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the original payment source.
3.2 Geographical Eligibility
piabet welcomes players from Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction. piabet does not accept liability for Players who access the platform from restricted territories.
3.3 Other Eligibility Requirements
In addition to the age requirement, eligible Players must:
- Not be self-excluded or subject to any cooling-off period on the piabet platform;
- Not be an employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of piabet or any affiliated business;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of their jurisdiction;
- Be the legitimate owner of any payment method used to fund their piabet Account.
4 Account Registration and Security
4.1 Registration
To access real-money Services on piabet, you must register an Account by providing accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to keep this information current and accurate at all times.
4.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on piabet. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or under different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds held within them.
4.3 Account Security
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your piabet login credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or any verification codes with any third party. piabet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)
piabet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or proof of address. KYC documentation must be submitted before withdrawal requests above specified thresholds are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in delays or account suspension.
5 Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
piabet accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, debit cards and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the platform's deposit section. Deposits from payment methods not registered in your name are prohibited.
5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. piabet processes approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the platform's payment information pages. piabet reserves the right to apply additional verification to withdrawal requests at its discretion.
5.3 Transaction Responsibility
piabet is not responsible for delays, failures or errors caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or mobile money service providers including but not limited to JazzCash and EasyPaisa network issues. Players experiencing payment issues should contact the relevant service provider in the first instance, followed by piabet support if the issue persists.
Note: piabet does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your provider before initiating transfers.
6 Betting Rules and Game Terms
6.1 Bet Acceptance
piabet reserves the right to accept, decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion. All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type, which are published within the platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.
6.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes
In the event that an error in odds, prices, pay-tables, or game outcomes occurs due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, piabet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. Winnings generated as a result of an obvious error are not payable and will be reversed.
6.3 Live Betting
Live in-play betting markets on piabet, including cricket match betting during PSL and international fixtures, are settled based on official data feeds from certified providers. Minor discrepancies between the live score displayed and the actual in-ground situation may occur due to data transmission delays. piabet's settlement decisions based on official data are final.
6.4 Casino Games
All casino games, slots and live dealer titles available on piabet Casino are provided by internationally certified third-party game developers. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The published Return to Player (RTP) rates for each game are those certified by the relevant testing body.
7 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
7.1 General Bonus Terms
piabet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions and eligible game lists. These specific promotion terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.
7.2 Abuse of Promotions
piabet monitors bonus activity to detect and prevent abuse including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using bonus funds, collusion between accounts, and the use of automated systems to fulfil wagering requirements. Players found to be abusing promotional terms will have their bonuses voided and accounts may be suspended.
7.3 piabet's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions
piabet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus offer is withdrawn before a Player has met the applicable wagering requirement, any unused bonus funds will be removed from the Account. Real money deposits made in connection with a bonus will not be affected.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the piabet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
- Registering or operating more than one Account on the platform;
- Using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials;
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, bots, scripts or other automated means;
- Exploiting known or unknown software bugs, glitches or errors to generate winnings;
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any form of cheating involving other players or third parties;
- Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from criminal activity;
- Placing bets that constitute insider trading or benefit from privileged information regarding the outcome of any event;
- Using the platform for any commercial purpose, resale of account access, or on behalf of another individual.
Fraud Notice: piabet cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigations of suspected fraud, money laundering and match-fixing. Verified cases will be reported to the relevant authorities without notice to the player concerned.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the piabet platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, game titles, visual designs, text, graphics, and interface elements, is the intellectual property of piabet or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the piabet platform without the express prior written consent of piabet or the relevant rights holder.
10 Limitation of Liability
10.1 Platform Availability
piabet makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, network issues or circumstances beyond piabet's control may result in temporary unavailability. piabet is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime.
10.2 Player Losses
piabet is not liable to any Player for gambling losses incurred through the use of the Services. By using piabet, you acknowledge that betting and gaming involve risk and that losing your staked funds is a possible and normal outcome of participation.
10.3 Third-Party Services
piabet is not responsible for the acts, omissions or failures of third-party payment processors, data providers, game suppliers or telecommunications networks whose services interact with the piabet platform. Any disputes regarding third-party services must be resolved with the relevant third party directly.
10.4 Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, piabet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the value of the Player's Account balance at the time the relevant claim arose.
11 Responsible Gaming
piabet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your piabet Account.
- Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are able to lose within a defined time period.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when your gaming session reaches a duration you have pre-set.
- Reality Checks: Regular on-screen prompts showing your session duration and net profit or loss position.

12 Account Suspension and Termination
12.1 Suspension by piabet
piabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; or any other circumstance that piabet deems to present a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other Players.
12.2 Consequences of Suspension
In the event of Account suspension due to a breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity, piabet reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where a Player is found to have engaged in fraudulent conduct, all funds in the Account may be forfeited and the matter referred to law enforcement authorities.
12.3 Voluntary Closure
Players may close their piabet Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds being forfeited.
13 Amendments to These Terms
piabet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory or security reasons.
Your continued use of the piabet platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your Account.
14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which piabet holds its international gaming licence.
14.2 Informal Resolution
In the event of a dispute, piabet encourages Players to contact the support team in the first instance. The majority of complaints and billing queries are resolved informally and promptly through the live chat and email support channels without the need for formal escalation.
14.3 Formal Complaints
If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, Players may submit a formal written complaint to piabet support. Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and a final resolution provided within 30 calendar days. Where resolution remains unsatisfactory, the Player may escalate the matter to piabet's licensing authority in accordance with the regulator's dispute resolution procedures.
14.4 Bet Settlement as Final
Except in cases of manifest error, piabet's decisions on bet settlement, game outcomes and promotional eligibility are final and binding. By accepting these Terms, you waive any right to bring proceedings in relation to settled bets in courts of your jurisdiction solely on the grounds of disagreement with the outcome.
